There are no setup fees, no art fees and no minimum order. Gang sheet orders placed by 2 PM Eastern are printed and shipped the same business day from the company’s production partner in Georgia, and orders ship by UPS to customers nationwide. Orders over $100 ship free within the United States.

Customers who already have a finished layout can upload a print-ready gang sheet directly. EazyDTF accepts SVG, PDF and PNG files at 300 DPI with a transparent background. The company asks customers to leave at least half an inch of space between designs so each one can be cut cleanly, and not to mirror the artwork, since DTF film prints right-reading. Sheets are printed exactly as uploaded, so customers are encouraged to check their layout before checkout.

Customers who do not have a finished layout can order a build-your-own gang sheet instead, starting from their individual design files and choosing from sixteen 22.5-inch-wide sheet lengths between 24 and 240 inches at the same per-length prices. For a single design or a small number of pieces, EazyDTF also sells individual DTF transfers by size, starting at 2 x 2 inches.

DTF transfers are designed to be pressed with a standard heat press, without weeding or masking. EazyDTF’s published application settings are 300 to 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 seconds at medium-firm pressure. The film is peeled cold, and the transfer is then re-pressed for 5 to 10 seconds with a finishing sheet to improve wash durability. The transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, denim, canvas and other fabrics, and to light or dark garments.

Because the ink and adhesive are printed onto film in advance, a decorator can keep transfers on hand and press them when an order comes in. This makes gang sheets practical for businesses that print in small batches, test new designs, or fill orders for many different customers in a single week.

“The point of a gang sheet is that you are not wasting film,” Manelis said. “If a customer has a left-chest logo, a few sleeve prints and a full back print, those can all go on the same 22.5-inch-wide sheet. They pay for the length of film they use, and they get every piece at once.”
