Ardurra Group, Inc. (Ardurra) announced today the acquisition of Enprotec/Hibbs & Todd, Inc. (eHT), a Texas-based engineering consulting firm specializing in water and wastewater engineering services.
Founded in 1989, eHT serves public-sector and utility clients throughout Texas from its offices in Abilene, Granbury, and Lubbock. For more than 35 years, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering engineering solutions that help communities address critical water and infrastructure needs.
The acquisition strengthens Ardurra’s presence across Texas and enhances its ability to support investments in water supply, treatment, transmission, wastewater, and related infrastructure. eHT’s long-standing client relationships and technical talent complement Ardurra’s existing operations while expanding its ability to serve the state’s growing infrastructure needs. Demand for water infrastructure investment continues to increase, driven by population growth, economic development, and long-term water supply challenges.
“eHT has built a unique firm with talented people, strong client relationships, and a reputation that’s respected throughout Texas,” said Ernesto Aguilar, PE, President and CEO of Ardurra. “Their leadership team has created something special, and we’re excited to welcome them to Ardurra as we continue supporting the future of water infrastructure.”
“Our clients continue to place tremendous trust in us, and we’ve been fortunate to see strong demand for the work we do,” said Jordan Hibbs, President of eHT. “Joining Ardurra expands our capabilities and expertise, allowing us to better serve our clients, create new opportunities for our employees, and continue supporting local Texas communities for years to come.”
eHT will continue to operate from its offices in Abilene, Granbury, and Lubbock, Texas. Together, the firms bring expanded resources, technical expertise, and local knowledge to clients across Texas and beyond.
Ardurra, ranked #48 on Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) Top 500 Design Firms list, now comprises approximately 2,700 employees across more than 120 offices nationwide.
Morrissey Goodale, a specialized management consulting and research firm exclusively serving the architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting industries, advised eHT.
