Tracy Emerick, Ph.D., announces the republication of his four-book series exploring what some of history’s most respected figures share with the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. The series — Nifty Neighbors: Mr. Rogers and Jesus Christ, Consummate Coaches: Bill Belichick and Jesus Christ, Constant Courage: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Jesus Christ, and Extreme Entrepreneurs: Steve Jobs and Jesus Christ — is now available under Emerick’s own name.

A retired business owner, Emerick spent more than two decades executing, consulting, and training in database marketing before turning his focus to public service and writing. He served a decade as a state representative and more than two decades on his town’s planning board, and has been the moderator of his Congregational church for nearly four decades. He is the father of two and grandfather of five. “Just a citizen seeking to make the world a better place,” Emerick says of his motivation for the series.

Nifty Neighbors: Mr. Rogers and Jesus Christ explores the opportunities and benefits of being a good neighbor and having good neighbors, in both personal and professional life, using Mr. Rogers and Jesus Christ as model examples of the characteristics, traits, and attitudes readers can adopt to improve their own “neighborhood.”

Consummate Coaches: Bill Belichick and Jesus Christ draws leadership and inspiration lessons from two very different coaches for many of life’s situations. “I learned a lot from Tracy Emerick, and I had to write down several takeaways to refer back to in the future.
